Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier asked a Pasco County judge today to order Meta to make sweeping changes to Facebook and Instagram, including banning Florida users younger than 14 and limiting teens’ use to two hours a day across its apps.The request for a temporary injunction comes after Florida rejected an $18 billion settlement with Washington, D.C., and 48 other states.
