Two voters’ ballots counted after 350 receive incorrect Volusia mail ballots

Volusia County Supervisor of Elections Lisa Lewis says her office is taking corrective action after a vendor error resulted in some voters receiving incorrect vote-by-mail ballots for the Nov. 3 general election.
